- 3D Design Preview: 1–2 business days
- Production: 7–10 business days after design approval
- Total production time: approximately 10–12 business days
Shipping begins after production is completed.

- Shipping fees are nonrefundable
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays

Lab-Grown & Natural Diamonds
- Original IGI / GIA certificate required
- Must be unused and undamaged
- 35% restocking fee applies
Ring Settings / Mountings
- Exchange only
- 35% restocking fee + applicable labor costs
Return approval is determined after inspection.
Ritamie reserves the right to deny returns or apply fees if conditions are not met.
International Orders
