Ritamie specializes in fine jewelry, including lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, moissanite, gemstones, and custom-made jewelry.

Most Ritamie products are made-to-order or customized based on customer preferences, including but not limited to design, stone selection, size, and setting. As a result:

• • Before production begins, customers will receive a 3D design preview for review and approval.
• • Production will commence only after customer approval.
• • Once the design is approved, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
• • Ritamie is not responsible for dissatisfaction or errors resulting from customer-approved designs.
• • Customer information related to design, consultation, and order fulfillment is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

• • Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.
• • Ritamie reserves the right to modify pricing, promotions, or payment options at any time.
• • Payment transactions are processed securely by third-party payment providers and are subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.

Typical production timelines are as follows:

• • Ritamie ships domestically within the United States and internationally.
• • Free standard shipping is available for eligible U.S. orders over $99.
• • Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost.
• • International shipping is handled via UPS Standard International.
• • High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
• • Shipping timelines are estimates only. Ritamie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Returns and exchanges are subject to strict eligibility requirements:

• • Eligible returns may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Ritamie provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of receipt, covering eligible inspection and cleaning services.

Repair services may be available after the warranty period at applicable fees.

• • Diamonds above applicable sizes are accompanied by IGI or GIA certification, when applicable. Customers receive the exact certified stone presented during consultation.
• • All original documentation must be retained for warranty, repair, or resale services.

• • All content on the Website—including designs, images, text, graphics, and 3D models—is the intellectual property of Ritamie and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
• • Custom designs remain the property of Ritamie unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ritamie shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• • Losses resulting from misuse of products
• • Delays caused by shipping carriers or external events

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Ritamie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
